All of our prices include VAT where applicable.

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the correct content of this web site, some details may still be wrong. In the case that a price / description is wrong on a product which you have ordered, we will notify you & offer you a choice of whether to continue or cancel your order. There will be no charge made to you on cancellation.

All our products are sent by either First Class Recorded delivery, Special Delivery or by TNT Next working day. We ship most stock items the same day as we receive the order (when orders are placed before 12.00pm) Every parcel has to be signed for on delivery. All our shipping methods are insured.

On your checkout page, you will have a choice of postage method. You can then pick the shipping method which works out the cheapest for you. If you would like further information about our shipping please contact us, we will be happy to help.

Postage prices given on this web site are for most of UK mainland. Other areas (N. Ireland, Shetlands etc & some highland areas may be at a different postage price.) If this is the case we will notify you of the cost by Email & provide you with the option of continuing with your order or canceling (There will be no charge charge made to you if you cancel)
Items delivered damaged or incomplete must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

All products are checked over thoroughly prior to dispatch.

New Products All new products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty*. Full details of each warranty are available on request.
*Manufacturer warranty does not cover mis-use, fair wear & tear or poor maintenance.

Second Hand Products
Our second hand products come complete with a weeks trial & three months repair warranty. If, within seven days of receipt of your goods you are not satisfied you may return the goods provided they are in the same condition as when you received them. We will refund the cost of the product. Unfortunately we can not refund the cost of postage. If your product breaks** during the first three months from the date it was received, you may return it to us for free*** repair.

**The three months warranty does not cover mis-use, fair wear & tear or poor maintenance. ***We can not cover postage costs to or from us.

You can pay for products by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro & American Express (Due to product age restrictions, we can not accept Solo & Visa Electron online, but we can accept them instore with proof of age.) You can also place an order, and then send us a cheque for the total amount. We will ship products once the cheque has cleared. To help in the fight against fraud we have enforced that When a customer wishes to pay by a Credit / Debit card, we can only post to the card holder address.
